Returns & Refund Policy

Step 3: Mail The Return

Return all the bottles to us (whether empty or not) at the following address:

*Please include a note inside the package with your full name, email address, and order ID (if available), so we can quickly identify and process your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
